must be paid for at the time booked. 8.00am
- 1.00pm (am session) and 1.00pm - 6.00pm
(pm seession). Please note that we now take bookings in advance if you would like to drop your child off at 7.30am. |
To allow for
when the nursery is closed and a holiday concession,
monthly bills are calculated on a 51 week
year divided by 12. Intake into the nursery
will normally be the first day of each month.

Partnership - Qualifying

on fees
Funding is administered
by the local authorities to nurseries who
are registered as partnership providers.
Month refund 5+sessions (pro rata
2-5 sessions); Funded Preschool & Ante
-preschool Terms with a teacher are operated
Autumn, Spring, Summer
Please note:

Fees
payable in advance by monthly Standing
Order on the 1st day of the month. If
after seven days of fees becoming due
they remain unpaid, we will be unable
to accept your child into the nursery
until the arrears are cleared. |

Each child must attend
for a minimum of three sessions per week |

Fee change the month
following the 2nd birthday. Partnership
qualifying children are set by CEC;
refund becomes due when this applies. |

Hourly rates are
not available. |
|
Fees remain payable
for children who are absent from nursery,
i.e. sickness or holidays. |

Sessions are not
transferable. |
|
One months written
notice of a child's removal from the
nursery, or payment of monies due in
lieu of notice, is required. |

A deposit, equal
to half a month's billing, is required
with a confirmed a nursery place registered
on the waiting list. |

On special outings
charge will be made according to the
event, advised and billed in advance

Extra sessions are
payable on the day. |

Insurance cover is
with a scheme specifically tailored
to private nurseries to ensure that
all aspects of cover are incorporated. |

The nursery is registered
with the CEC for the pre-school partnership
system. |

Where more than one
child attends the nursery a 10% reduction
is given on the fees of the oldest child |
