The
nursery wants to work in partnership
with parents and assures them that
any concerns they voice will be treated
confidentially.
|
|
Rationale |
Parents who are concerned
with any aspect of their children's care should
initially approach their child's key worker.
If this proves unsatisfactory they should
then approach the lead practitioner and if necessary
the owner will arrange a meeting with all
the relevant staff and the parents.
If the problem is still unresolved the parents
can take their complaint to the
Scottish Commission for the Regulation of
Care,
South East Region,
Stuart House
Eskmills
Musselburgh
EH21 7PB
Tel 0131 653 4100
Fax 0131 653 4149
If a parent would rather contact the Care
Commission directly they can do so at the
number above.
Any complaints will be dealt with within 14
working days unless parents are informed otherwise. |
