Welcome to our website! The site is designed to keep you up to date with developments in the nursery. This year has been an excellent one with a very good Care Commission inspection, a wonderful celebration of the Year of the Child thanks to children, staff and parents. It has allowed us to build strong links with the community courtesy of Rohan Seilman who has allowed us to access the community centre and the professional set up he superintends. The two nurseries won two UK wide awards: Kirsty Simpson for Nursery Personality of the Year and Sara Breingan for Nursery Nurse of the Year. We were also runners up for the green award and the food award. Please give us any feedback on how you find the site and any suggestions will be considered. Care and education for the under5s is now centre stage in the educational arena. The Curriculum for Excellence is being implemented to prepare us for 2010 and includes children from three to 18 for the first time.
